About the Role:
The Employability Skills & English Trainer will be responsible for teaching employability skills to students in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). The role also includes supporting program activities and attending training workshops.
The Trainer, will:
- Teach students to write CVs/resumes, simple emails and job applications
- Teach basic computer skills, teamwork, problem-solving and workplace etiquettes.
- Help students build confidence for interviews and workplace communication.
- Teach students to use English confidently in speaking and writing.
- Motivate and guide students for career preparation.
- Attend regular training-cum-orientation programs for professional development.
Who Can Apply?
- Education: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
- Age: 18+ years
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Teaching experience, including home-tuitions, is desirable but not required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and teach young adults with confidence..
- Language: Ability to speak and write in English
- Computer skills: Basics of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
