Who are we looking for?

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and highly skilled professionals who are passionate about workforce development and vocational education. If you have a strong background in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement and are eager to contribute to the transformation of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Punjab, we want to hear from you.

As part of The Education Alliance’s (TEA) Project Management Unit (PMU), you will play a pivotal role in strengthening ITIs across Punjab. Our rigorous selection process ensures that we identify individuals who share our commitment to driving systemic change.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) are a cornerstone of Punjab’s workforce development ecosystem, addressing the demand for skilled labor through practical, industry-relevant training. These institutes provide accessible and affordable opportunities for underserved communities, reflected in their strong enrollment and high graduation rates. However, their full potential remains untapped due to challenges in infrastructure utilization, teaching quality, industry alignment, and placement support. Addressing these gaps is critical to transforming ITIs into high-performing institutions that not only meet but anticipate labor market demands. To that end, The Education Alliance (TEA), in collaboration with the Department of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Punjab has set up a Project Management Unit (PMU) to transform 10 ITIs located near Punjab’s industrial belts into centers of excellence. As part of the PMU, the Project Manager will oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and course correction while ensuring alignment with government objectives.
