We support state education departments by deploying highly qualified teams that work with state and non-state actors to co-create solutions to improve the quality of education in government schools. Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate – Organization Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key areas such as recruitment, employer branding, learning and development, and employee engagement, while ensuring seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include executing onboarding processes, driving recruitment efforts, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will have the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, streamline communication, and ensure better alignment and outcomes. You will also organize and oversee team events while actively supporting HR initiatives that drive organizational development. Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
    • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
    • Organize networking events such as coffee chats and building and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  2. Onboarding and Employee Integration
    • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Manage documentation, induction, and orientation, ensuring an engaging and structured start for new team members.
  3. Employee Engagement and Team Events
    • Plan, organize, and execute team events and engagement activities that foster collaboration and positive culture.
    • Actively contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and growth.
  4. HR Operations and Compliance
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements in coordination with the finance team.
    • Streamline and execute operational HR tasks efficiently to support a seamless employee experience.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
    • Act as the primary liaison between HR Lead, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Proactively align multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes and resolve challenges collaboratively.
  6. Strategic HR Initiatives and Process Optimization
    • Support organizational initiatives in areas such as learning and development, organization branding, and process improvements.
    • Identify gaps in HR processes and contribute to building scalable, efficient solutions that enhance overall effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Open to freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
  • Process Management: Ability to handle and streamline end-to-end processes efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks and operations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work with multiple teams and ensure smooth communication for better outcomes.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Proven ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in resolving issues and overcoming challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and thrive in a hybrid and fast-paced work environment.

Salary: 4+ Lakhs per annum
