The Education Alliance (TEA) is a non-profit organization that warmly welcomes all those who share our passion for providing high-quality education to every child in India. Headquartered in Delhi, we are committed to promoting system reform projects that help to ensure that all children in India have equitable access to quality education.
We support state education departments by deploying highly qualified teams that work with state and non-state actors to co-create solutions to improve the quality of education in government schools. We currently operate in five states (Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Uttarakhand) and are proud to have a dedicated team of 50+ young professionals.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate – Organization Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key areas such as recruitment, employer branding, learning and development, and employee engagement, while ensuring seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include executing onboarding processes, driving recruitment efforts, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will have the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, streamline communication, and ensure better alignment and outcomes. You will also organize and oversee team events while actively supporting HR initiatives that drive organizational development. This position provides an excellent opportunity to engage across diverse HR functions and make a meaningful impact on the organization’s growth and culture.
Salary: 4+ Lakhs per annum
