Swarnima Mudgal | Senior Associate

Swarnima is a Senior Associate at The Education Alliance. She discovered her interest in the education sector while pursuing her Master’s in Sustainable Development Practice. Her experience in the government system started with the Ministry of Jal Shakti as a policy analyst, and eventually, she was part of the Change Maker in Education Fellowship with the Govt of Delhi NCT. Now, she focuses on school education with the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Swarnima is passionate about policy making, field work and communication for development, a niche field.  Outside work she likes to create art with recycled material and undertake new hobbies.
