About The Education Alliance
The Education Alliance (TEA), registered as the Network for Quality Education Foundation, is a non-profit organization in India dedicated to promoting high-quality education in the public school system through strategic partnerships. Our goal is to ensure that every child in India has equitable access to quality education. A high-quality education for every child in India would call for a system that is accountable, collaborative, and equitable.
TEA sets up a Project Management Unit (PMU) to support the State education departments to partner more strategically with non-state actors. Through these partnerships, we work towards designing and delivering programs that build governments’ own capacities to sustain initiatives, post the exit of external partners.
In order to deliver on its goals, TEA engages in three broad areas of work: dialogue with governments to design the frameworks for suitable partnership models, identify high-quality and mission-aligned non-profit partners willing to engage with government, and conduct research to test the efficacy of the model in order to inform the rest of our work.

About Brand Communications Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced brand communications manager to lead our efforts in building and maintaining our brand communications strategy and promoting the cause we are associated with. TEA requires a brand communications manager to develop a clear and consistent brand identity that reflects the vision, mission, values, culture, and purpose of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to ensure our brand message is consistently communicated across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand communication strategy to enhance the brand image and promote the organization’s work.
- Incorporating TEA’s values in the brand and content strategy.
- Collaborate with the State teams to incorporate their work in the brand-building exercise and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as advertisements and digital content to ensure they align with the brand’s messaging and visual identity.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating content and monitoring engagement to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with communication agencies to create effective campaigns and materials that align with the brand’s messaging and identity.
- Oversee public relations efforts and promotion of work on online/offline media portals
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand communication or marketing roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and state teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience in designing and illustration software is a plus.
Salary: 09-12 Lakhs p.a.
