Neha Kaktan | Senior Manager – Project Ankur, Madhya Pradesh

Neha is the Senior Manager, Project Ankur, at TEA, working with a coalition of partners on a project to strengthen foundational learning across the State of Madhya Pradesh. She is responsible for monitoring the program implementation at the state level, coordination with various stakeholders and delivering on a roadmap for building government capacity to sustain the impact. She brings with her an experience of over 5 years in the education sector spanning across education management, teacher training, curriculum, and assessments. Prior to this, she has worked in organisations like Educational Initiatives and Hippocampus Learning Centres in Bangalore. She has worked with students in multiple schooling systems including government and private sector in rural as well as urban areas. In her stint as a Teach for India fellow in 2015 in Delhi, she has spent 2 years engaging with different stakeholders at grassroots level to enhance student learning experiences. Neha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
