Ananthi Balakrishnan | State Lead

Ananthi is State Lead, Tamil Nadu, at The Education Alliance.

Prior to joining TEA, Ananthi was Founder and CEO at Cilre, where she gained hands-on experience in all areas associated with running an organisation – from financial planning to operations. Making learning available, engaging, and relevant, is her personal mission. Over the years, she has worked closely on creating curricula, learning materials, tools, white papers, and frameworks for other educators, and has worked with over 5,000 learners personally, and over 15,000 during her tenure at Cilre.

When Ananthi is not obsessing over ‘learning’, she enjoys watching obscure ‘whodunnits’, and sorting out her stationery cupboard.
