Anusha Bhatt | Program Manager

Anusha is a Program Manager at The Education Alliance, leading efforts to drive reform in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across Punjab. She brings a diverse and dynamic background in political consulting, public policy, and legal advocacy, with strong experience in grassroots implementation, stakeholder engagement, and governance reform.

Before joining TEA, Anusha served as a Senior Analyst at the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), where she contributed to the design and execution of high-impact political campaigns across West Bengal, Rajasthan, Tripura, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh. Her work was grounded in data-driven strategy, constituency-level research, and campaign design aimed at delivering tangible social and political change.

Anusha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy, Design & Management from the Indian School of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai. She has also worked with the Human Rights Law Network, advocating for social justice and human rights through strategic legal action.

Outside of work, Anusha enjoys gardening, dancing, and playing cricket and badminton. Deeply passionate about education, she is committed to using her interdisciplinary skills to support meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable reform in the sector.
