Bipasha Pahari | Senior Associate

Bipasha Pahari is a Senior Associate, Skill Education at TEA, supporting efforts to strengthen skill education initiatives in Punjab. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and expanding opportunities for young people through education.

Prior to joining TEA, Bipasha was a Teach For India Fellow in Kolkata, where she taught students in Grades 4–6 and designed student-centered learning experiences focused on critical thinking, engagement, and holistic development. She has also contributed to curriculum design and teacher support initiatives across various education projects.

Bipasha holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Calcutta. She is particularly interested in improving educational outcomes and strengthening systems that enable quality learning at scale.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring conversations around literature, education, and society.
