Gunjeet Kaur | Senior Associate

Gunjeet Kaur is a Senior Associate, Skill Education with the Punjab Team at TEA, where she supports vocational and skill education initiatives in government schools across the state. She is passionate about creating opportunities that help young people build skills for future success.

Before joining TEA, Gunjeet worked across education, gender, and grassroots development initiatives, focusing on programme implementation, community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic communications. Her work has involved supporting community-driven programmes and translating field insights into meaningful action.

Gunjeet holds a degree in Economics from the University of Delhi and is a graduate of the Public Policy and Design Management (PDM) programme at the Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP). She is interested in education governance, public systems strengthening, and large-scale programme implementation.

Outside of work, she enjoys music, dance, exploring local markets, and learning from the people and communities around her.
