Khushboo Arora | Senior Associate

Khushboo is a Senior Associate in TEA’s Organization Development team. She joined The Education Alliance as an Associate, Delhi Government. Her work with the Government of NCT of Delhi involved establishing a framework for institutional nurturing of grassroot sports talent in the country and bringing a mindset change in society, to promote sports, through Delhi Sports University and Delhi Sports School.

Previously, she has worked with the Changemakers in Education Program of the Delhi Government for 1 year wherein she contributed to monitoring of infrastructural developments in Delhi Government Schools and coaching girl students for the KARM Fellowship.

Khushboo has recently completed her Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi and is very passionate about working in the field of Education and Development.

She also likes to express herself through dance and enjoys the art of calligraphy outside of work.
