Varinder Yadav | Program Manger
Varinder Yadav is Program Manager for ITI Reforms project in Punjab. He brings grassroots experience in skill development, gender-focused livelihood programs, and public policy implementation across both rural and urban contexts.
Prior to joining TEA, Varinder served as the State Coordinator for Punjab at the Lung Care Foundation, where he led statewide advocacy, policy action on environmental health issues and awareness initiatives on air pollution. He also served as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, where he designed and executed projects on vocational education, SHG empowerment, job preparedness, and employment generation.
Varinder holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Policy and Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University.
When not working, Varinder finds joy in experimenting in the kitchen, exploring nature trails, and connecting with animals—activities that keep him grounded and inspired.
